NPL and Martin Foner have been providing Publishing Brokerage services since 1987. Initially, Mr. Foner acquired and sold small publishing companies and lines to add to and subtract from, his own multi-million dollar publishing company. He quickly realized that, though there are still very few Publishing brokers, there were none doing sales in the under $50,000 range, and none doing lines and individual titles. He also discovered very little activity in the under $250,000 range, and he has been successful at handling the smaller and efficient deals. Larger sales, up to about $10 Million, are handled with equal professionality and speed. Roughly half of his deals are done privately, off market.
